• Pay Rate must be $43.27/hr T4/staff

• Duration: 1 year with a potential for extension up to 14 months

• Location: North York, ON or Chatham, ON - HYBRID 3 days onsite 2 days remote

Note: 4 years to 8 years of experience in progressive business experience, preferably in energy conservation marketing/program design/execution and program management is enough, do not submit too seniors for this role.

Must Have skills/experience:

• Related university degree (preferred Business, Economics, Environmental Studies, or another related field).

• Minimum of 4 years progressive business experience, preferably in energy conservation marketing/program design/execution and program management.

• Project and budget management skills.

• Strong communications and leadership abilities including change management.

• Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through a proven ability to identify solutions to complex challenges.
