ROLE OVERVIEW

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity within the beauty industry. We are seeking an Education Administrator who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting both internal processes and the Educator experience, helping to drive impactful Education initiatives.

The ideal candidate is an independent thinker, meticulous, and an effective communicator with a passion for delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, creative environment.

The Education Administrator plays a key part in implementing new processes to support the growth of DESIGNME's rapidly expanding Education department. As the right hand to our Education Coordinator, your primary focus will be on data management, systems optimization, and ensuring compliance oversight.

This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for details, and a proactive mindset. Proficiency in Excel and is essential. The Education Administrator must be located in the Montreal region to facilitate warehouse check-ins during peak event and shipping seasons.

You will report directly to the Education Coordinator and receive strong support from DM's dedicated Education & Sales Team!

WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE?

Maintain and update the education database, including class records, certifications, and team status.

Monitor administrative documentation such as contracts, onboarding materials, NDAs, and educator agreements.

Ensure educator compliance with exclusivity terms, brand standards, and contractual obligations.

Update education budgets, support invoicing processes, and assist in ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Review and monitor educator submissions for quality and alignment with program standards.

Keep all class-related documentation, forms, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) current and accessible.

Prepare and deliver monthly reports detailing educational activities, performance metrics, and program impact.

Develop marketing briefs to support promotional efforts related to education initiatives.

Acquire proficiency in key softwares and tools, ensuring they are consistently maintained, up to date, and efficiently structured.

Collaborate closely with the Education Coordinator to ensure timely delivery of required materials and adherence to established timelines.

Partner with the Operations Team to manage requests, track shipments, and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Organize education stock at the warehouse, maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records, and proactively flagging items that require replenishment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently studying or have completed a bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and task management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with an asset.
  • Proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for the hair care industry.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Language: English (required), French (preferred)

Location: Remote (Montreal)

Duration: 3 Months (opportunity to become a permanent role)
