Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with the following qualifications:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with the implementation of Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Benefits, Absences, Time & Labor, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, Recruiting)
• Successfully delivered at least 3 Oracle Cloud HCM projects in a Functional Consultant capacity
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware tools is a strong asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple and evolving priorities
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required
