We are looking for an account executive to cover Maternity Leave for 18 months and work in partnership with the Creative Services Lead and be a key player on the team. The primary focus is on servicing day-to-day client business needs with a strong focus on execution. This role will have regular client contact. Requirements:

• Keeping your finger on the pulse on the competitive landscape of the products/clients you lead
• Work on the day-to-day management of accounts with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and looking for opportunities to help them meet/exceed their business objectives
• Builds strong relationships with internal team and clients
• Leads the execution of all work
• Take an active role in the planning process by contributing to the project brief
• Assists in preparation for client presentations
• Relays appropriate client direction to creative team for project implementation
• Works collaboratively with creative team to align on scope, resourcing, job estimation and approval process
• Monitors and manages job activity and costs to ensure budgets are adhered to

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience (agency experience preferred)
• Demonstrates an interest and passion for advertising
• Flawlessly manages day to day project details from initiation through to wrap up
• Ability to manage several clients and projects at once with minimal supervision
• Strong team player with an open mind and committed to excellence
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
