We're seeking a motivated and organized Sales Administrator to support our client's dynamic sales team in the fast-paced small business finance industry. This is a fully in-office position, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the sales department runs smoothly by managing tasks, coordinating office operations, and fostering a positive, productive environment that keeps the team motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Help manage the sales office and department, ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day.
- Reporting & Productivity: Track sales performance, maintain reports, and provide regular updates to the team and Sales Manager.
- Office & Admin Support: Organize office supplies, handle filing, and assist with administrative tasks.
- Team Engagement: Act as a "cheerleader" for the team by planning events, coordinating incentives, and boosting morale.
- Process & Documentation: Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials to support the team.
- Time Management: Track employee attendance, time-off requests, and ensure adherence to break/lunch schedules.
- Cross-Functional Support: Liaise with IT, HR, and other departments to support team needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or coordinator role, experience supporting sales teams a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR software (e.g., BambooHR).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
