You'll be the voice of Transformer Table across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more. This isn't just about replying to comments-it's about building relationships, solving problems, and driving sales. You'll turn questions into opportunities, comments into conversions, and engagement into loyalty. Your shift will start at 2 PM and will end at 10 PM, Monday to Friday.

Your Role

As our Social Media Sales & Customer Experience Specialist, you'll manage real-time interactions with our community across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You'll identify sales opportunities, respond to inquiries with personality and precision, and ensure every interaction reflects our brand's voice and values. Your shift will start at 2 PM and will end at 10 PM, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Spot sales opportunities in comments, DMs, and mentions-and close the deal
• Deliver fast, friendly, and helpful responses to customer inquiries
• Engage daily with our community-like, comment, and spark conversations
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and promotions
• Track engagement, conversion, and satisfaction metrics
• Stay on top of social trends to keep our brand fun, relevant, and responsive
• Work from 2 PM until 10 PM, Monday to Friday.

What You Bring to the Table

• 3+ years in social media, community management, or digital sales
• Proven ability to sell through social and deliver excellent customer care
• Excellent written communication and engaging tone
• Bilinguism (English/French)
• Passion for social trends, platform algorithms, and customer experience
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
