Our Montreal based Financial client is looking for a Senior French-speaking Project Manager for a long term HYBRID contact. This role involves overseeing large-scale technology transformation initiatives with a focus on loan origination and management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technology projects in a hybrid work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, IT, and functional leads.
• Deliver enterprise-level projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Oversee software implementation initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project risks, timelines, and communications with key stakeholders.
• Integrate multiple systems and resources to support project success.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in large, complex environments.
• Fluent in French and based in Quebec.
• Experience working in the banking sector, preferably with loan origination and management systems.
• Proven experience delivering technology transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
• Experience with Oracle and/or Salesforce is considered a strong asset.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
