The Opportunity
As an Senior Software Implementation Consultant at Beeye, you'll play a pivotal role in our clients' success journey. This multifaceted position sits at the intersection of customer success, project management, and solutions engineering, making you the bridge between our powerful platform and the accounting firms who rely on it.
You'll guide accounting professionals through their digital transformation, designing workflows that solve real-world challenges while ensuring seamless adoption across all departments within their organization. Key Responsibilities
- Client Implementation & Onboarding
- Drive end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff to successful launch
- Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand each firm's unique processes
- Deliver engaging training sessions for diverse user groups spanning all accounting firm departments
- Create custom onboarding plans that ensure lasting adoption and client satisfaction
Project Management Excellence
- Orchestrate multiple concurrent implementations with precision and attention to detail
- Lead structured project meetings with both executive stakeholders and day-to-day users
- Maintain clear documentation of project status, milestones, and risk management
- Adapt implementation approaches to accommodate varying client needs and timelines
Strategic Customer Success
- Serve as the trusted post-sale advisor throughout the implementation journey
- Build productive relationships with firm leadership and champion users
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand platform value and usage
- Collaborate with our Customer Success team on long-term adoption strategies
- Translate client feedback into actionable product and process improvements
Technical Solutions
- Assess integration requirements with tax and accounting systems (Dynamics, CCH, IRIS, etc.)
- Partner with our Engineering team to define data mapping and API connection specifications
- Troubleshoot technical challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
- Communicate complex technical concepts in accessible language for non-technical users
Your Profile
Must-Have Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS in implementation, customer success, or project management, with a focus on deploying resource/workforce management software for the accounting industry
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead meetings, deliver training, and build rapport with professionals at all levels
- Adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy professional comfortable discussing system integrations, data flows, and platform capabilities
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Background in professional services, particularly accounting, audit, or consulting firms
- Previous experience with professional services automation (PSA), resource management, or project planning tools
- Familiarity with common business applications (Microsoft 365, CRM systems, project management platforms)
- Knowledge of accounting or professional services workflows and operations
