You must have done at least 1 full end to end Legacy system to Workday Payroll Implementation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis, testing, and validation to ensure payroll data accuracy and integrity
- Support the migration of payroll data from legacy systems to Workday
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new Workday payroll processes
- Assist in training and supporting staff on new payroll systems and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday payroll-related issues throughout the transformation and implementation process
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in Workday payroll management and transformation projects, particularly with large-scale payroll implementations
- Proficiency with payroll software and tools, including:
- Workday: Experience with Workday Payroll, data integration, and configurable frameworks
- Dayforce: Familiarity with the Dayforce HCM platform, specifically the Payroll module
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Web-based conferencing and training tools
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is an asset
