Remote (Toronto/GTA preferred) Full-Time $50K-$55K base + $75K-$80K OTE

We deliver high-calibre legal services to businesses using a flexible, tech-driven approach-offering the experience of in-house counsel without the overhead of full-time staff.
We're looking for a driven BDR to help fuel our next stage of expansion.
What You'll Do
- Own outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn & AI-personalized outreach
- Qualify leads and book meetings with C-level decision-makers
- Collaborate with the CEO and Marketing to refine messaging and target key markets
- Leverage tools like Salesloft, Apollo.io, and Sales Navigator
- Track activity and performance in CRM; report weekly progress toward targets
- Be a key voice in shaping our sales strategy and go-to-market approach
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales (SDR/BDR or full-cycle)
- Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Energized by hunting and starting conversations
- Comfortable engaging executives and legal leaders
- Ambitious and ready to grow into a full-cycle role
- Creative and curious-especially with tools like Loom, ChatGPT, and LinkedIn video messaging
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience selling professional or legal services
- Familiarity with outbound sales tech stacks
- Interest in legal innovation and the future of fractional work
