As we continue expanding across the Americas, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Business Development to lead our efforts in Mexico and Latin America, while being based at our Vancouver headquarters.
Job Description
We're looking for a senior-level business development professional to spearhead our growth in the Mexican market. This role involves crafting market entry strategies, building key relationships, leading sales efforts, and identifying local partnership opportunities in the hospitality, construction, and interior design sectors.
As the go-to expert for the region, you'll work closely with our North American leadership team while also traveling to Mexico as needed to develop partnerships and drive Bodaq's visibility and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the business development strategy for Mexico and Latin America
- Identify and pursue partnerships with distributors, fabricators, architects, and hospitality groups
- Represent Bodaq at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings in both Canada and Mexico
- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor campaigns for the LATAM market
- Oversee sales targets and pipeline development across the region
- Monitor market trends, regulatory environments, and competitors to inform growth strategy
- Develop pricing and go-to-market models suitable for the region

Position Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in international business development or sales, ideally focused on LATAM
- Proven success developing new markets and forming strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of the Mexican business landscape, preferably in construction, design, or hospitality
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Based in Vancouver, with availability for travel to Mexico
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Full-time Monday-Friday
Location: Hybrid role based in Vancouver (with regular travel to Mexico)
