Position Overview:

As Senior Manager, you will lead clients through their digital transformation journey in the B2B space. You'll analyze complex business processes, translate requirements into technical specifications, and orchestrate the implementation of customized e-commerce solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll bridge business needs with technological capabilities while managing stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, technical expertise in supply chain processes, and exceptional client management skills to drive business efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients through their digital transformation initiatives
• Lead projects from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing support
• Analyze business processes and translate client needs into actionable solutions
• Identify technical challenges and develop value-driven strategies to address them
• Create detailed specifications and oversee implementation of tailored e-commerce solutions
• Develop comprehensive implementation guides aligned with industry best practices
• Actively participate in the modeling of digital transformations aligned with client objectives
• Lead collaboration across clients, ERP integrators, business partners, and internal teams to align goals and ensure project success
• Document project progress and ensure quality control throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Serve as ongoing resource person and trusted advisor post-implementation

Required Technical, Analytical and Management Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of business processes in the supply chain
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks (Java, Python, REST APIs, etc.)
• Experience with enterprise management software (ERP, CRM, WMS, TMS, PIM)
• Understanding of exchange file formats (EDI, XML, JSON, UBL, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Superior documentation and organizational capabilities
• Leadership abilities with proven stakeholder management experience
• Strong client relationship management capabilities
• Excellent priority management skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering
• MBA or PMP certification (a plus)
• Proven project management experience with track record of successful delivery
• Experience with AI/ML implementation (a plus)
• Ability to work effectively in agile environments and meet deadlines
• Methodical, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach
