Role- CRM Program Director

We are seeking a Program Director to lead and manage all aspects of the client's Service Transformation and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and drives client engagement. This role involves strategic planning, implementation, and leading and mentoring a global delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Implementation:

• Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery and individual growth.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and client teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to customer engagement.

• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with CRM vendors and ensure they provide the necessary support and resources for CRM initiatives.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and project performance.

• Budget Management: Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for project initiatives, ensuring that resources are used effectively to achieve program goals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience in CRM project implementation, including strategic planning, implementation, and management.

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Knowledge: Working knowledge of CRM systems and technologies.
