As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be managing the repair and maintenance department including equipment, mechanical, buildings, installation of updates or new equipment and the removal of equipment.

What You Will Do:

  • Champion Safety: Prioritize the well-being of all employees by ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Optimize Maintenance: Coordinate and execute all maintenance activities (preventative, predictive and emergency for both building and equipment.
  • Empower Teams: Manage, lead, mentor, train and supervise department team members including all employee decisions, key metrics, and performance.
  • Ensure Quality: Work with Quality Assurance and Production for process control program implementation and continuous improvement of equipment performance monitoring.
  • Accelerate Growth: Collaborate with HR, Sales, Product Development, and other departments to drive strategic initiatives that maximize efficiency and profitability.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a supervisory role.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical processes related to manufacturing.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of CMMS software is an asset.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establish priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
  • Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
  • Self-confident, self-motivated, polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
