Day To Day Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer HR lifecycle processes: terminations, transfers, promotions, reductions, leaves, accommodations, relocations, retirements.
- Act as a liaison with associates and managers on leaves and accommodation cases (client-facing in this specific area)
- Support immigration cases by coordinating with global partners
- Partner with Corporate Employment Law, HRBPs, and Shared Services teams on compliance-related matters (e.g., Stats Canada, Health & Safety)
- Lead and support HR-related projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams (e.g., onboarding, internal communication rollouts, compliance tracking)
- Facilitate new hire onboarding programs and maintain HR intranet content
- Analyze HR data (e.g., exit interviews, culture surveys) and present insights to leadership
Must Have:
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience in a mid-to-large global/matrixed or shared services environment
- Excellent communication skills for all levels of audience (frontline to senior leaders)
- Comfortable interacting with associates and leaders regarding sensitive matters (e.g., denied accommodations, terminations)
- Strong judgment, independence, organization, and people skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing high volume
Pay rate:$25-$28/hr without benefits
