We're excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as Manufacturing & Packaging Operations Manager. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence, team performance, and continuous improvement on the production floor.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Lead and support Manufacturing and Packaging teams, ensuring adherence to GMP, safety, and regulatory standards
• Actively engage on the production floor to ensure smooth operations and strong execution
• Drive performance through KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities to boost productivity and reduce costs
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and optimize resource utilization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Maintenance to maintain reliable systems and processes
• Coach and mentor team members, conducting performance reviews and supporting professional development
• Support internal, external, and regulatory audits
• Recommend capital investments and improvements in equipment and technology
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing best practices and challenging the status quo

Mandatory Requirements:

• University degree in a technical or scientific field
• Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GMP and experience managing large-scale production teams
• Proven track record in delivering operational results and leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team development skills

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Salary Range: $130,000 - $155,000
