Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support (Primary Focus):
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to AR devices.
- Provide both remote and on-site technical assistance to end users.
- Create and maintain comprehensive support documentation and user guides.
- Assist in the development of diagnostic tools and automation scripts to streamline support processes.
Logistics Support (Secondary Focus):
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
- Oversee the AR device loaner program, ensuring accurate tracking, maintenance, and inventory control.
- Coordinate the distribution and return of devices, maintaining clear records and ensuring timely turnaround.
