As Evident's Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be the ultimate owner of our global revenue strategy and execution for the EviSmart product suite. Your battlefield: Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Your mission: forge these functions into a single, cohesive, data-driven force that achieves market domination, ensures every EviSmart customer is a fanatic, and drives Evident to unprecedented growth.

What You'll Do - If You're an A+ Revenue Architect:

  • Author the Revenue Blueprint: Develop and execute a unified, audacious revenue strategy that ensures EviSmart doesn't just compete, but wins .
  • Command the Revenue Legions: Lead, mentor, and unleash our VPs/Heads of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Build a culture of extreme ownership, relentless execution, and a hunger for results.
  • Ignite Market Desire: Oversee a revolutionary marketing function that builds an iconic brand for Evident and EviSmart, generates a torrent of qualified demand, and positions our products as indispensable.
  • Orchestrate Sales Dominance: Build and drive a world-class sales organization that crushes targets, conquers key segments, and evangelizes the EviSmart value proposition with unshakeable conviction.
  • Engineer Customer Triumph: Lead a Customer Success organization that ensures every EviSmart user achieves "insanely great" outcomes, leading to fanatical loyalty, deep adoption, and explosive NRR.
  • Build the Machine: Implement and master robust revenue operations, systems, and enablement that make the entire revenue engine hum with ruthless efficiency.

Who We Need - A Proven A+ Revenue Leader:

  • A Battle-Tested Executive: You've been a CRO, VP Sales & Marketing, or equivalent in a high-growth B2B SaaS company and have the results (and scars) to prove it. You don't just meet targets; you obliterate them.
  • A Go-To-Market Savant: You have deep, hands-on expertise in building and scaling integrated Marketing, Sales (SMB & Enterprise), and Customer Success functions into a seamless, unstoppable force.
  • Data-Driven & Strategically Ruthless: You live by the numbers, possess ferocious business acumen, and can make bold, strategic decisions that drive exponential growth.
