Responsibilities:

• Resolve complex IT issues for clients in a timely and efficient manner across multiple channels, including phone, email, remote login, and on-site
• Utilize your experience, documentation, and critical thinking skills to analyze and resolve technical problems
• Lead and mentor the technical support team, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement
• Follow existing documented procedures and create or enhance new processes when needed. Document all procedures in our systems
• Regularly update clients on the status of tickets and resolutions, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
• Participate in and lead regular team huddles to review performance, discuss challenges, and promote teamwork

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry, including customer service in a technical support role
• Industry-recognized certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco are required
• Considerable server experience
• Preferred 5+ years of experience working within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
• Proficiency in technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Cisco Networking, Windows Desktop/Server, and mobile technologies (iOS, Android)
• Strong troubleshooting skills with an ability to think creatively and provide alternative solutions
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a confident phone presence and the ability to communicate complex technical solutions to clients and team members

Nice to Have:

• Experience with MSP industry PSA and RMM tools.

Salary Range: $65-85k/year (Intermediate-Senior)
