Our client, FundyPros Specialty Construction, is one of New Brunswick's leading construction service providers, known for its high standards, dependable project delivery, and people-first approach. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Installation Team Manager to play a central role in the oversight, scheduling, and development of our Installer team across multiple job sites.

About the Role
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Installation Team Manager is responsible for ensuring our Installer team is aligned, engaged, and delivering quality results across all project sites. This role involves a mix of planning, people leadership, and performance oversight-requiring both strategic coordination and on-the-ground visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Site Supervisors to schedule and deploy Installers according to project demands
- Maintain an up-to-date workforce database that tracks skills, certifications, and safety training
- Lead Installer recruitment and onboarding in partnership with Human Resources
- Deliver timely coaching, performance feedback, and development support to ensure quality and productivity
- Identify and implement training opportunities to upskill the workforce and enhance performance
- Monitor workforce metrics (e.g., productivity, retention, engagement, quality) and report to senior leadership
- Foster strong relationships across teams and contribute to a positive employee experience
- Uphold safety standards across all work sites and ensure compliance with PPE and training protocols
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in construction, workforce planning, or resource management
- Strong understanding of construction trades, scopes of work, and project execution
- Demonstrated leadership in employee development and team performance
- Experience using workforce planning tools and interpreting performance data
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions
This role is based in Dieppe, NB and involves a combination of office work and job site visits. It requires occasional lifting and extended periods of walking or standing.
