Job Description:
Knowledge Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation, sharing, and use of organizational knowledge, ensuring it's accessible and relevant to employees. They design and implement knowledge management strategies, facilitate knowledge sharing, and help to create a culture where information flows effectively. In essence, they act as a facilitator for organizational learning and innovation.

Responsibilities
- Developing and Implementing Knowledge Management Strategies: This includes designing processes for capturing, storing, and retrieving organizational knowledge, as well as creating a culture that encourages knowledge sharing.
- Managing Knowledge Repositories: They are responsible for maintaining and updating knowledge bases, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to employees.
- Facilitating Knowledge Sharing: This involves promoting collaboration and communication between employees, departments, and external stakeholders to ensure knowledge is shared effectively.
- Identifying and Assessing Knowledge Needs: Knowledge managers need to understand the knowledge gaps within the organization and develop strategies to address them.
