Product Analyst - Digital Transformation

5-8 years of experience in S&OP domain in a manufacturing/oil & gas/mining and metal industry

Experience working in Supply Chain will be beneficial

Good understanding of demand planning, sales forecasting, production plan and other Supply chain related concepts

5+ years exp managing projects or leading a team will be beneficial

Self driven and eager to learn

Independently work and run workshops with senior stakeholders

bilingual role - conversational French or better

3 days per week in office

Analyzes company functions, processes, and activities to improve digital platforms and business applications for the most effective use of materials, equipment, and people.

Utilizes available systems resources and personnel to carry out analysis to support management's quest for business performance improvement.

Reviews and analyzes information, forecasts, methods, schedules, systems, processes, and procedures.

Recommends most useful business solutions aligning with the Enterprise strategy.

Recommends alternative solutions to management as to courses of action that best meet the organization's goals.

Work closely with customers, the digital leadership team and multiple delivery squads concurrently to set direction for digital products to service customers.

Create, own, and manage planned product development activities for delivery squads or 3rd-party vendors to undertake.

Manage product deliveries management variables such as tracking against the project scope, budget, timeline, and from a risk, capacity and change perspective.

Act as the primary Commercial Digital contact for key customer representatives, fostering a close relationship with the customer teams, and have a deep understanding of the customer's functional scope, requirements, and priorities.

Conduct regular Customer/Stakeholder engagement with top Business Unit managers to provide updates on current projects/initiatives, scout for future needs and share news about the Commercial Digital strategy, projects, etc.

Engaging and working closely with network partners and the internal software engineering team as required, to provide specific input, advice and/or services for the technical design. For example, working with IT for input, advice and/or services related to cyber security, data architecture, integration architecture with enterprise systems and infrastructure architecture (networks, firewalls, server etc).
