Advise and respond to customer requests by phone, email etc.
Process and follow up orders and returns.
Plan deliveries
Prepare and check shipping and receiving documents.
Follow up on deliveries.
Provide courteous and professional service to ensure customer satisfaction
Resolve problems related to orders and deliveries in coordination with various departments.
Interact with suppliers and representatives to ensure optimal customer service.
