Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager-FinTech to support the implementation and optimization of financial technology systems. This role involves coordinating technical integrations, analyzing requirements, supporting system testing, managing documentation, and working with stakeholders to deliver secure and compliant solutions. Key Responsibilities - Analyze business and system requirements and prepare technical implementation plans. - Coordinate API integrations and technical requirements for sandbox and production environments. - Test system functionalities and validate integration outcomes across development phases. - Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes to ensure systems operate reliably. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration workflows and compliance checklists. - Support data-driven dashboards and generate performance reports for internal teams. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and financial partners to gather and refine system requirements. - Assist in identifying implementation risks and contributing to the resolution of integration-related challenges. - Participate in sprint meetings and support the use of Agile methodologies in system delivery. - Document and promote technical best practices for system configuration and deployment. - Assist with internal processes related to compliance and enhanced due diligence during system onboarding. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance. - At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FinTech or SaaS sector. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum). - Experience with system integration, API testing, and cloud infrastructure is a strong asset. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
