Job Summary
Client Stanley is seeking a highly experienced Power Platform Developer / DevOps Engineer to support our automation and process improvement initiatives leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of development and infrastructure expertise, demonstrating technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment of Power Platform-based solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-based architectures using Power Platform and Azure services.
- Develop robust solutions utilizing Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), Power Pages, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Power BI integrations.
- Extend Power Platform capabilities using traditional coding (C#, JavaScript, etc.) when low-code tools are insufficient.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and secure solution deployments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture, security, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and compliance teams to ensure secure and compliant solutions.
- Develop and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, manage Dataverse environments, and design data models.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide production support in a secure and controlled enterprise setting.
- Champion Agile and DevOps practices to improve delivery speed and quality.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Power Platform cloud architecture and integration
- Advanced development skills in Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and other platform components
- Experience in building secure, large-scale enterprise Power Platform deployments
- Strong expertise in Azure SaaS/PaaS environments
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, test-driven development, and version control tools
- Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with technical architecture documentation and best practices
- Ability to design scalable systems and deliver enterprise-ready solutions
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications
- Familiarity with Power Platform security model, access provisioning, and environment strategies
- Experience with Data verse schema design and data modeling
- Understanding of cloud security principles and regulatory compliance, especially in the financial industry
- Experience working with compliance, regulatory, and litigation teams
- Knowledge of Power Platform connectors, integration patterns, and extensibility points
- Experience deploying and managing solutions in highly regulated enterprise environments
Certifications (if any)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (preferred)
- ITIL, Azure, or DevOps-related certifications (a plus)
Education: Bachelors Degree
