Job Summary:

Join the Global Supplier Services (GSS) Data & Analytics team to deliver insightful reporting and analytics that drive transparency and help identify opportunities to optimize third-party expenses. This role involves working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment and requires a strong understanding of third-party source-to-pay processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into actionable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Develop, modify, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
• Become a subject matter expert on data models and structures to perform relevant analyses.
• Fulfill ad hoc reporting and modification requests from end users.
• Manage a pipeline of reporting deliverables and ensure timely completion.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies through technology-driven solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong background in reporting and data analytics.
• Experience with source-to-pay processes (e.g., Ariba, Coupa), sourcing, procurement, or expense management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong client management and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau or Power BI).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel with complex formulas, pivot tables, slicers; PowerPoint; Word; Access).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for large datasets (joins, subqueries, functions).
• Ability to create database views to generate KPIs and leadership metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certifications:

Not specified - relevant certifications in data analytics or BI tools preferred.
