You've got the talent? We've got the tools! Here, your work and ideas will contribute to building a flourishing organization. Your voice will always be heard and valued. You'll find career opportunities that live up to your ambitions and be able to further develop your unique set of skills.

So, if you're looking to do what you love, we could be a perfect match.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our home improvement B2B and B2C transactional mobile applications. In this role, you will be responsible for translating the business vision and objectives into a robust product roadmap, manage the full product lifecycle, and collaborate closely with dedicated Scrum teams, cross-functional partners, and business stakeholders. You'll be responsible for enhancing and innovating the mobile experience across the entire customer journey; from browsing to ordering, while being empowered to drive measurable value through a mix of product discovery, strategic prioritization, and strong project management skills.

Your Role

Own the Mobile Product Strategy: Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of our B2B and B2C transactional mobile applications, ensuring they deliver intuitive, high-value experiences that meet both customer needs and business objectives.

Drive End-to-End Mobile Experience: Oversee the complete mobile user journey-from onboarding and product discovery to ordering, ensuring consistency, usability, and performance across both iOS and Android platforms.

Lead Product Discovery & Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify customer pain points and business opportunities. Translate these into clear product requirements and strategically prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and ROI.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with other product managers, mobile engineering, UX/UI design, QA, marketing, analytics, and customer support teams to ideate, build, and launch features. Ensure alignment across departments for cohesive and timely delivery.

User-Centric Decision Making: Leverage customer feedback, user research, and behavioral analytics to inform product improvements and optimize engagement, retention, and satisfaction across mobile platforms.

Monitor and Iterate: Define and track mobile-specific KPIs such as app store ratings, retention, crash rates, session length, engagement, and conversion. Use these insights to inform iterative improvements and long-term innovation.

The qualifications we are looking for

5+ years of experience of product management with a strong focus on mobile applications; experience with both B2B & B2C platforms is highly preferred.

Proven track record of leading mobile app development from concept through launch and iteration across iOS and Android platforms.

Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI best practices, user behavior, and platform guidelines.

Experience working with Scrum or Agile teams, and the ability to write clear user stories, prioritize backlogs, and manage sprints.

Demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisions, using analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback to drive product direction.

Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset with the ability to think both big-picture and in detail.

Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Figma, Firebase, or similar platforms is a plus.

Why You'll Love This Role:

Own and shape the mobile experience for both B2B and B2C users, driving innovation in one of the most customer-facing and high-impact digital channels.

Collaborate with a passionate, cross-functional team of designers, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders who are committed to building best-in-class mobile products.

Make a measurable difference in how customers engage with our brand; from product discovery to checkout, through mobile solutions that directly influence satisfaction, loyalty, and business growth.
