Key Responsibilities
Client Projects and Deployments
- Assist with onboarding, migrations, and rollouts for SMB clients
- Install and configure hardware, software, and network equipment
- Coordinate with team leads to deliver projects on time
- Visit client sites to complete hands-on technical work
Support and Maintenance
- Provide Level 2 support for escalated service tickets
- Troubleshoot user issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, and remote environments
- Handle server, network, and backup checks
- Document resolutions and follow standard procedures
Communication and Coordination
- Communicate clearly with clients before, during, and after site visits
- Track tasks and keep tickets updated
- Report progress to your team lead and flag blockers early
- Manage your schedule and prioritize work effectively
Learning and Growth
- Work across tools like ConnectWise, Microsoft 365, and Datto
- Receive support from senior techs and project leads
- Build your autonomy and develop toward more advanced roles
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in IT support or similar technical role
- Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, server, and network environments
- Experience working with SMB clients or in an MSP is a plus
- Comfortable driving to client sites across Greater Montreal (valid driver's license required)
- Strong communication skills in both English and French
- Organized, proactive, and accountable
