We have an immediate opening for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in London, Ontario. As a key member of the Marketing Team you will assist with day-to-day marketing tasks, coordinate email marketing campaigns, develop content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers while being brand focused. All applicants must include a portfolio of their work with their application.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting with the development, implementation and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube) and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Create engaging written, graphic and video content, provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
  • Publish email marketing campaigns including scheduling, testing, and reporting
  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends, competitive analysis, website profiling, and search engine keyword analysis
  • Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
  • Analyze campaign data and create reports considering performance trends and data anomalies, while identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Stay up to date with current trends and changes to all social platforms and provide recommendations
  • Execute & monitor campaigns closely to ensure daily spends align with budget
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University or College Degree or Diploma in a related field
  • 2 years marketing experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Google Ads Certification, ability to independently run Google Ads
  • Excellent understanding and execution of paid social media platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics, experience with MailChimp & WordPress
  • Strong experience working with SEO and Google Analytics, advanced problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented, ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
  • Drivers license with the ability to drive to other office locations occassionally
  • Enthusiastic and team oriented with the ability to work independently as well
  • Advanced Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
