We're a fast-growing startup operating at the intersection of decentralized infrastructure (DePIN), e-commerce, and community-powered tools. Our products help people deploy and manage real-world mining devices like Helium, Geodnet, and DIMO.

We operate two high-traction platforms:

• - our community management tool where users track, optimize, and share performance insights across DePIN projects. Moken is home to over 100,000 active users per year, making it one of the most used tools in the DePIN ecosystem.
• - our e-commerce store offering curated mining hardware bundles, onboarding support, and exclusive perks. Helium Deploy is the preferred e-commerce provider in the DePIN space, serving over 15,000 clients to date.

We're a lean team and move fast. This role is for someone who thrives with autonomy and wearing multiple hats. You'll have support from design, product, and leadership, but you'll also be expected to run projects end-to-end, especially in the early days. In a few areas, we expect the candidate to be hands-on - writing, planning, and executing - while also managing deliverables with team resources like our graphic designer and video producer to bring creative assets to life.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Managing/overseeing our marketing operations, leading a team of marketing-focused roles for:
• Influencer & Ambassador Management
• Content Strategy
• Social Media Marketing
• Email Marketing
• Community Growth & Engagement

You will be hands-on in each of these fields, filling gaps and driving initiatives to completion when needed

You'll Be Measured On

• Community growth (Discord members, engagement rate)
• Email performance (open rates, CTR, unsubscribes)
• Influencer-driven traffic and conversions
• Social reach & engagement

Requirements

• 4+ years in content marketing, influencer management, or community building
• Strong writing skills and brand voice sensibility
• Experience using tools like Notion, Webflow, Figma, or email platforms like Klaviyo or ConvertKit
• Comfortable with fast-paced, async startup environments
• Bonus: Familiar with crypto, DePIN, or Web3 communities

• Have grown a newsletter or social account from scratch
• Have worked with performance marketing and tracked ROI
• Love trying new tools, networks, and growth hacks
• Have written or ghostwritten thought leadership content
