We are seeking a seasoned, bilingual Video and Digital Media Producer to join its growing creative team out of Montreal. This role is ideal for an experienced, outgoing, and self-sufficient video production professional who is looking for long-term stability within a well-established financial institution. You'll play a key part in producing both fast-turnaround content and larger, planned productions-from ideation to execution-and will serve as the on-the-ground creative point person for the Montreal office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Video Production: Plan, coordinate, and execute video shoots, including setup of lighting, microphones, and camera equipment.
  • Content Creation: Support quick-turn content (e.g., rapid responses to market events) as well as larger-scale storytelling projects involving scripting, interviews, and planning.
  • Live Webcasts: Assist with multi-camera webcast productions-prep, technical execution, and ensuring smooth delivery of live 30-minute shows.
  • Event Support: Contribute to large quarterly events, collaborating with vendors like Stage Vision. Provide on-site in Toronto and virtual support to ensure tech setups and A/V configurations run flawlessly.
  • Post-Production: Edit video content and support digital asset creation across a variety of formats. Basic motion graphics & editing skills are a bonus.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with portfolio managers, sales leads, and the Toronto-based creative team to bring content to life.

What We're Looking For

  • Fully fluent in both English and French (verbal and written); French as a first language strongly preferred. Conversational French is not sufficient for the language demands of the role.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media production, particularly in video and content creation
  • Confident working independently and taking initiative in a hybrid, fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing, friendly personality - comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and on-camera talent
  • Strong technical skills: lighting, sound, camera setup, and troubleshooting
  • Demonstrated experience in managing both quick-turn content and strategic, long-form projects
  • Experience with live video/webcast production is a strong asset
  • Comfortable with quarterly travel to Toronto for team alignment and larger productions
