My client is looking for a Director of Compliance to lead and implement a robust compliance framework aligned with Quebec's evolving regulatory landscape-including Bill 96, Bill 101, and Bill 25. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong expertise in OQLF processes and Canadian banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead compliance efforts for local and US-regulated activities

Act as Data Protection Officer and manage relations with OQLF

Oversee governance and reporting for banking and capital markets

Advise on Quebec-specific regulatory expectations for trading with Canadian clients

Ideal Candidate:
