Job Description:
The Product Manager is responsible for assisting in organizing, preparing, and conducting various business technology activities related to the eTasks Portal and linked applications, including but not limited to participating in all Agile ceremonies, assisting with writing user stories and representing the voice of the customer when decisions are made.
This role will also help assess training needs and work with the training managers to determine the appropriate delivery mechanism for all training content.
The Product Owner will also acts as the primary contact for the Line of Business for questions regarding the eTasks Portal, assists the Help Desk team address user needs and proactively supports eTasks adoption related activities.
Responsibilities:
Participation in all Agile ceremonies and helping the day-to-day activities in the Agile team
Support line of business with refresher training as needed
Review and provide feedback and content on eLearning modules for Commercial Lending tools
Assisting the Help Desk team resolve issues raised by the users
Proactively raise issues and risks that impede the delivery of customer-focused enhancements
Monitor and convert user (internal/external) feedback into actionable backlog items
Ensure documentation and training materials are up to date (eTasks portal documentation, email repository and so on)
Backlog management: writing, refining and prioritizing enhancement requests with Senior Product Owner oversight
Overseeing the delivery of product enhancements from start to finish to ensure they meet the clients' needs and preferences
Review and accept/return user stories in accordance with Agile Standard Practice and user needs
Requirements:
- 4-7 years as a Product Owner
- Banking background
- Working within banking product launches within commercial banking
Compensation:
$50/hr to $65/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
