About the Role

Join dynamic Quote to Cash - Go to Market Strategy & Operations team as a Booking Operations Analyst. In this high-impact, fast-paced contract role, you'll ensure accurate forecasting, booking integrity, and seamless collaboration across Sales, Sales Ops, and Strategy teams.

What You'll Do

• Ensure bookings data and product allocations are accurate and compliant
• Support monthly and quarterly close activities and reporting
• Manage a case queue, resolving inquiries from Sales and Sales Operations
• Run and analyze monitoring reports, executing timely data updates
• Use sound judgment to resolve policy/process issues or escalate as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
• Strong understanding of the Quote to Cash lifecycle
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; data-savvy and analytical mindset
• Excellent communication skills-clear, concise, and confident
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated team player with the confidence to work independently
