Role: Bilingual Insurance Operations Officer

Type: 6 month contract

Location: Onsite 5x/week in Markham, ON

Rate: $19-$20/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D. Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching. JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Operations Officer to join a leading insurance company in Markham, ON. This person will be providing a high level of administrative support to business partners ensuring the optimal level of customer service and professionalism is provided. They will be responsible to manage efficiently in a multi-tasked environment by promptly responding to all incoming enquiries/requests for a National and Regional Level. This role contributes to the legendary customer experience by collaborating with internal and external partners, to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency of internal operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bilingual in both English and French is a must.
• High School Diploma, Undergraduate degree or college Diploma.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) - must be able to navigate a spreadsheet
• Basic knowledge and proficiency in MS Outlook
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment & efficiently manage workflow
• Proactive and flexible to work in a changing environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills
