We're currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our sales operations and work closely with our sales team. In this essential role, you'll help ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to our mission-driven growth.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy
  • Troubleshoot order or service issues, escalating to technical teams when needed
  • Assist the sales team with quoting, order processing, and tracking
  • Prepare and send sales documentation (e.g., quotes, contracts, product info)
  • Coordinate with fulfillment/logistics to ensure timely delivery and communication
  • Monitor inventory availability and provide updates to sales and customers
  • Support outreach campaigns with follow-up calls and emails
  • Maintain accurate and current lead and opportunity records in the CRM

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized by prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate well with both external customers and internal staff in a professional manner.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Proficiency with ERPs & CRMs (Microsoft solutions is a plus)
  • Previous experience in a B2B or technical sales environment is a plus
