We're currently seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our Pastry team. In this role, you'll support the Pastry Chef in crafting elevated, seasonal pastries and desserts using thoughtfully sourced ingredients. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members, maintaining consistency in preparation and presentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day pastry operations.

About you
- Passionate about pastries, baking, and culinary arts with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of modern and classic pastry techniques, and a keen eye for presentation and detail.
- A team player, organized, and calm under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training in pastry is a strong asset.
- Must have an updated Food Handlers Certificate.
