Role Description

We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to help grow our national presence. This hybrid role involves managing client relationships, building sales strategies, buying media, and coordinating campaigns across markets.

  • Develop and manage effective sales strategies and client acquisition plans
  • Act as the main point of contact for client communications and media planning
  • Negotiate and secure competitive media rates across platforms
  • Manage and grow business accounts while offering white-glove service
  • Support with marketing presentations, proposals, and campaign planning
  • Stay current with advertising trends and vendor partnerships

Qualifications

Can live in Canada based locations not needed to be based out of Edmonton

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and marketing
  • Must reside in Canada
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated with a passion for helping businesses grow
  • Familiar with marketing tools (CRM, presentation software, etc.)
  • Bonus: Experience in media buying, agency, or brokerage environments

This is a flexible, commission-based consultant position with tons of growth potential.
