Your Role: Business Development & Brand Specialist

As a Business Development & Brand Specialist at KTK Custom Homes, you will be instrumental in expanding our reach within Nova Scotia's residential construction market. Your primary focus will be to identify and engage potential clients, ranging from first-time homeowners to families seeking custom builds, while enhancing our brand presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Identify and connect with prospective clients through community outreach, digital platforms, and industry events.
  • Brand Awareness: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, including social media campaigns, local advertising, and participation in community events.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales process to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts.
  • Identify new business opportunities in residential construction and luxury materials.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract high-end clients and collaborators (architects, designers, realtors).
  • Present our unique value proposition (full-service luxury builds, exclusive finishes, advanced tech integration) to prospective clients and partners.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and qualify them for construction or materials sales.
  • Manage and nurture a sales pipeline through CRM and personalized follow-ups.
  • Represent KTK at events and meetings.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
  • A passion for helping clients realize their dream homes.
  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales-ideally in real estate, architecture, interior design, or luxury products.
  • Strong network or ability to build relationships within high-end markets.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for luxury, innovation, and construction.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic lead tracking.

  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients or in luxury/lifestyle brands.
  • Knowledge of construction, architecture, or interior design industries.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a small, dynamic team.
