About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Amazon Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Amazon Vendor Central management, a solid understanding of Amazon Ads, and familiarity with other major Canadian retailer ecommerce platforms. In this role, you will manage and grow our clients' presence on Amazon, drive strategic business initiatives, and optimize performance to ensure we stay ahead of the competition in the ecommerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Business Reviews: Lead and facilitate regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, discuss growth opportunities, and present actionable insights.
  • Annual Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute annual business strategies for clients, aligning with their goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring long-term growth and success on the Amazon platform.
  • Weekly POS & Inventory Monitoring: Monitor point-of-sale (POS) data and inventory levels to ensure timely product availability, optimize stock levels, and identify trends that affect business performance.
  • Amazon Vendor Central Management: Manage all aspects of client accounts within Amazon Vendor Central, including order management, pricing, inventory, and product listings.
  • Amazon Ads Campaigns: Leverage Amazon Advertising to maximize product visibility, drive sales, and optimize ROI. Stay up-to-date on new ad features and best practices to drive performance.
  • Cross-Platform Knowledge: Utilize experience with other major Canadian retailer ecommerce platforms to recommend new strategies or explore cross-platform opportunities for business growth.
  • Creative Brainstorming & Problem Solving: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to brainstorm innovative ideas for boosting sales, improving product listings, and identifying ways to push the business forward.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Vendor Central accounts.
  • Strong familiarity with Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) and best practices.
  • Proven track record of managing eCommerce accounts and driving business growth.
  • Experience with other major Canadian retailer ecommerce platforms (e.g., Walmart Canada, Shopify, etc.) is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret POS data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to innovate.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and forecasting strategies.
