Insight Global is looking for a motivated and dynamic Territory Sales Representative (TR) to join one of our client in the oil and gas industry, local to Fort McMurray. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with a variety of stakeholders within the Oil Sands community, including Owners, Engineers, Fabricators, Contractors, and Distributors. As the onsite representative, you'll play a key role in fostering relationships and driving sales, while being an integral part of the local oil and gas network. The role will consist of managing existing relationships in addition to developing new business within those existing accounts, and new accounts.
Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Call on Oil Sands Owners, Engineers, Fabricators, Contractors, and Distributors to build and maintain strong relationships.
Community Presence: Serve as a representative of within the local Oil Sands community. Previous onsite exposure in Oil Sands projects is preferred but not required.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, from identifying new projects and opportunities to overseeing installations and providing follow-up support.
Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience in sales, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the Oil Sands or related industries.
Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on consultative selling and client collaboration.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Oil Sands industry is a strong asset but not mandatory.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Role Environment: Hybrid, working from home for administrative duties and also on client sites
Salary: $80,000-$95,000/yr + Commission Ranging from $10,000-$35,000/yr (uncapped)
