What's Required?

Other than an in-depth understanding of the needs faced by clients, a deep sense of empathy, and attention to detail, here's what you need to bring to the table:

• University Degree or College Diploma in business, insurance, finance or related field
• Valid RIBO License
• 7+ years of experience at an Insurance Brokerage with Commercial lines
• Commitment to both clients and your team
• Serious Microsoft Office skills
• An appetite for continuous learning & collaboration

What's The Job?

• Manage an existing portfolio of clients, from handling renewals to reporting claims on their behalf
• Identify new business opportunities and effectively demonstrate how insurance products can help manage the risks
• Review coverage and recommend changes
• Issue policy documents and conduct technical reviews
