Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to shape and execute long-term strategic goals, set operational benchmarks, and establish key performance indicators.
  • Convert overarching business strategies into clear, actionable plans for core departments such as Sales, Field Operations, Customer Support, and Human Resources.
  • Champion operational excellence by streamlining internal processes, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to boost innovation and profitability.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of artificial intelligence (AI), its evolving applications, and its impact on workforce dynamics to anticipate trends and drive forward-thinking initiatives.
  • Utilize advanced software expertise and technical acumen to upgrade internal systems, support data-driven strategies, and strengthen the organization's competitive edge and scalability.
  • Develop and guide a results-driven leadership team while cultivating a workplace culture centered on accountability, creativity, and respect.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and mentor to leaders and team members across the organization, promoting growth and collaboration.
  • Lead organizational change efforts aimed at enhancing scalability, improving internal communication, and achieving high-performance standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in a Chief of Staff or senior operations leadership role within the lighting or related industry.
  • Over a decade of executive-level leadership experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in using ERP platforms and leveraging data analytics for strategic decision-making.
  • Experienced in overseeing risk at both the project and organizational level.
  • Proven ability to scale operations within dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent at building strategic partnerships and negotiating complex agreements.
  • Solid background in leading major commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects to successful outcomes.
  • Recognized for strong leadership presence and the ability to clearly communicate across all levels of an organization.
  • Deep understanding of business operations, financial oversight, and executive management.
  • Sharp strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative leadership style.
