Conte Jaswal Lawyers is seeking an Associate Lawyer to join our team! We are an established firm who focuses on company culture, fit and mutual respect.

Our firm specializes in personal injury litigation, with two offices in the GTA. We focus on serious personal injury files including; motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, slip and falls and long-term disability cases.

Candidate can work in our Vaughan, Whitby or St. Catharines locations.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Associate, with a minimum of 4 years experience, to join our team. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with mediation, arbitration and / or trial exposure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling their own case load, work well independently and as a part of a team, in a fast paced office environment and take pride in exceeding expectations. You must have experience in preparing legal memorandums, as well as attending Examinations for Discovery, drafting and attending contested motions, and have experience in dealing with Statutory Accident Benefits.
