Salary: $90,000 - $95,000

About Us:

We are an award-winning residential developer known for creating high-quality, design-forward condominium communities. We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Interior Designer to join our team and take full ownership of interior design for multi-family residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the interior design of residential condominium projects from concept through completion with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and present full design packages, including floorplans, kitchen and bathroom layouts, millwork details, and finish specifications.
  • Produce detailed CAD drawings, elevations, and 3D renderings for presentation and construction purposes.
  • Source and specify finishing materials, fixtures, and furnishings, with a strong ability to procure construction and design materials directly from suppliers in China.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and trades to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout construction.
  • Oversee furniture, fixtures and equipment procurement, budgeting, and installation as required.
  • Project manage the subcontractors for fit out of display suites including all the accessories
  • Stay informed on design trends, innovations, and material availability in both local and international markets.
  • Travel as needed for site visits and project coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 7+ years of experience in residential or multi-family interior design, preferably within a developer or design-build environment.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software such as Enscape, V-Ray, or similar.
  • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines independently.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and Cantonese is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
