What's the job?

We're hiring an Operations Manager who can ensure everything runs smoothly inside the business while supporting the leadership team in executing the overall growth strategy. Your job is to drive internal execution, remove friction, optimize systems, and help the business scale with efficiency. You'll help make sure priorities are followed through on, internal issues get handled fast, and the team has the structure it needs to win.

You'll be expected to anticipate roadblocks, solve problems before they reach the leadership team, and take initiative to push things forward when others are waiting. From people to processes, you'll help improve how things run and be responsible for owning high-impact internal projects that keep us growing and aligned.

You'll focus on things like:

• Rolling out and improving internal systems, SOPs, checklists, dashboards and trackers
• Managing internal execution on business priorities and projects (growth systems, hiring, ops tools)
• Spotting bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or accountability gaps before they become problems
• Supporting employee management and performance tracking
• Delegating and following up with the team to ensure tasks are completed
• Collaborating closely with the GM, Creative Director, and Project Manager to align execution with our vision
• Taking ownership of tasks that help move the business forward and following through without being asked twice
• Creating an environment of consistency, accountability, and clarity

You're a good fit if:

• You're tech-savvy, fast with software, and love building efficient tools and systems
• You're detail-oriented, organized, and you actually like spreadsheets and documents
• You're curious about AI and automation, and how it can help teams do better, faster, more accurate work
• You understand that creative work should stay human, but operations and workflows can always be optimized with AI and/or software
• You have strong follow-through and like being the one who gets things over the finish line
• You take ownership of problems and enjoy figuring things out without waiting for instruction
• You have experience supporting high-performance teams and leading internal initiatives
• You stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary:

We are offering a salary range of $55,000 to $100,000 CAD, based on experience and fit.
