Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a BA/ BSA (Platform Modernization/ Digitization). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the banking industry, with a deep understanding of business process flows, technology stacks, and the ability to convert functional knowledge into technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure clear communication of requirements and understanding of the technical needs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring an Agile mindset is applied throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage in business process reengineering and optimization efforts, aligning with business transformation goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations on modernization and digitization initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between business and technology.

Desired Skill Set:

• 7-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong preference for experience in the banking industry
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies
• Solid understanding of technology stacks, with the ability to communicate effectively with developers (coding knowledge not required)
• Expertise in business process flows and converting functional knowledge into technical requirements
• Experience in developing and refining user stories

Nice To Have:

• Experience in related industries such as Insurance or Telecom.
• Hands-on experience with modernization, digitization, and business transformation projects.
• Strong soft skills, with the ability to explain the purpose and flow of UI and other business processes end-to-end.
