Insight Global is looking for a Commercial Programs Coordinator to join our client in the food and beverage package manufacturing industry. This is a full-time, permanent role that will require you to work on-site in Milton, ON, 5-days/week. You'll be working with external client partners in addition to the internal sales and accounting team and will act as the liaison for internal and external communications. The successful candidate should have experience in the accounting space as it relates to Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable and Billbacks as you'll be facilitating the coordination for successful customer account set-up and payment.
Must Haves
Finance/Business/Accounting degree, or 5 years related work experience.
Data Management or experience working on projects an asset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications, and expertise with MS Excel.
Excellent analytical skills, including spreadsheet preparation and analysis.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs of the business.
Strong investigative and reconciliation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Professional, positive, self-motivated, with an energetic demeanor and willingness to learn.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and apply sound judgment.
