Minimum Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Human Resources. Preference for someone with their CHRP/CHRL
• At least 3 years of work experience as a HR Manager with a manufacturing company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Experience working with the OHSA, specifically, section 27

Responsibilities include:

• Creates both short and long term plans for the HR department
• Leads and develops the HR team
• Develop and implement programs for employee retention, training and personal development
• Ensures an open door process
• Offers employee counseling and performance feedback, when required.
