Kelly Services' has partnered with a manufacturing client in Ajax, Ontario for a Production Planning Coordinator

Contract role until December 2025

Responsbilities:

• Examine incomplete material inventory transactions for error and inaccuracies, making corrections in due time.
• Work to systematically resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with Material Handlers.
• Cleansing of the data from AX for the smooth transition to APS 2.0 and D365.
• Review Open Shop orders and close the outdated old ones.
• Coordinate production planning activities to include but not limited to running reports from ERP System.
• Generate a Limitations for the pre-made schedule and escalate any discrepancies.
• Maintain the Reporting data files and uploading the new data daily.
• Maintain the monthly reporting files and send them to Master Planning on a regular interval.
• Maintain the PM schedules and coordinate the changes in the system.
• Maintain filing system for production reporting and item tracking.
• Act as a substitute to the production planner, and Inventory Analyst during leave of absence and /or other unforeseen

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel skills
• Previous experience in Manufacturing
• Experience in Production planning coordination
